Another stolen free moment! I am at least able to post more pictures and do a quick update...
Harrison is doing great and seems to be growing very well. He was 7# 9oz on the 12th, on the 14th before we left the hospital he was 7# 5oz, and the 16th we took him back in to the Dr and he was 7# 6.5oz...so he was on the upward swing which is great. He seems to be fattening up every day now. We go back to the Dr on the 31st so then I will know for sure if he is or not!
Michael went back to the Dr on the 18th to recheck his head. It is still big, and he is still a little guy (31" long, 21#). The Dr is going to consult with a pediatric neurologist to see what the next step should be. He is still encouraged and optomistic that it is not a big deal since Michael is developmentally on track...and, well, apparently David and I both have unusually large heads as well...so the Dr is now quite hopeful that it is just genetics and nothing else! How funny...we are all 3 in the 98th percentile! It's just all that brain power!! haha
Sheniah is still at her dad's and I can't wait for her to come home! I miss her a ton...even though we argue when she is here and sometimes she is a typical teenager who is determined to make other people miserable...my life is not complete without her. I can't wait to share the fun times with the boys with her...and to watch her escape them by running upstairs to hide away in her room! Aaahhh...the joy of it all!
David is doing well and has been such a big help these last couple of weeks. He was (fortunately) able to take plenty of time off work and has been Mr. Mom when it comes to Michael. I miss my little man terribly and it has been hard to adjust to not being able to spend every moment of the day with him...but watching him and daddy bond is priceless and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Plus it has afforded me the luxury of naps and bonding time with Harrison, which has been fantastic.
Finally I am so excited because mom gets to come back on the 31st. I was so sad when she left (pregnancy hormones or not...I was a basketcase at the airport that day) and now I am so happy that she will get to meet the newest addition only a couple of days from now. It will be great to have her help, too. I just wish she could stay longer this time...
So, here are some pictures from the last couple of weeks...hope everyone enjoys...sorry they are all out of order and there aren't any captions explaining them...someday I will have time to be more organized and descriptive again!
