Michael is 18 Months!

Yes, there is a purpose (other than posting yet another video!!) to this post. Today Michael had his 18 month check-up. Here are his latest stat's:
Weight: 22# 8oz (50th percentile -he's soooo scrawny!!)
Height: 32 1/2" (75th percentile)
Head: 50 1/2cm (90th percentile)
I'm so excited because aside from him being tall and scrawny (the Dr is not worried, though), he seems to be starting to grow into his head. This is the first time that his dot on the head growth chart has gone down...not much, but a bit! I guess it is not a huge deal since we know his brain is fine...but it was still nice to see!
He was such a brave boy getting his shots, too. First they had to poke his little finger to test for lead poisoning, they will likely do this once a year...(gotta' love our REALLY old house!!!) He didn't cry, he just kept saying "All done, all done" while the nurse squeezed his poor finger! Then, the shots...he did cry, but once she was done he started saying "All done...bye bye" between sobs! It was so pitiful!
Harrison came along for the ride, and it was our first big outing together just the 3 of us. We walked to the Dr's (so glad it's just a few blocks away) and then Harrison just hung out in the stroller while Michael was tortured. I guess next month at Harrison's 4 month check-up I should bring Michael to be the spectator who is not being poked and prodded!
So, a few pictures from today...what a beautiful day...
and I suppose, since I am blogging and all, well, I may as well post a video. Not that I wanted to or anything...you're twisting my arm...haha
Enjoy...it is a better picture of the fatty boy chatting away and enjoying a little tummy time...

I am actually quite bummed because I have a great video of Michael talking (he even says "Grandma" on the video) on the other camera and I can't figure out how to post that one. I know, I do have other children other than Harrison that deserve to have video's on the blog too...I just have to get them to hold still long enough to capture on the digital camera, or I will keep working on figuring out how to download from the video camera.
