Finally an update! It has been pretty crazy here the last couple of weeks, but I am so happy to announce the arrival of Cathy's baby...
Riley ThomasBorn: June 9, 2009
9# 12oz
He was a HUGE boy!!! He lost some weight, as is normal, after he was born. But now he and Cathy are doing very well. He is so adorable! I am so excited to have ANOTHER boy for my boys to play with!
Also, I was so happy to have Dad and Hez come for a great visit. We had a wonderful time, they were able to pull it off to arrive before Sheniah left for her dads, which was a great surprise for her. Unfortunately I have a couple of issues...one is that I cannot rearrange my pictures on the blog for some reason, so they are all out of order which drives me crazy. The other is that I had a camera malfunction (perhaps user error, though I don't want to take the credit) and lost all my pictures from the first few days they were here! UGH!!! Fortunately I have some pictures they had forwarded to me, so those are included here.
Lee and Tonya came for a visit, and here is their beautiful daughter, Ella.
Tonya, Ella, and Beckett enjoy Michael's room.
Lee and Beckett...Beckett is 14 months old and Tonya estimated that he weighs about 30#!!! He was huge next to Michael, and a glimple of my probable future with Harrison!

Me, Ella and Michael playing the piano...
The fatty, naked boy hams it up at Gammy and Grandpa's hotel room!

At dinner at the hotel...
Gammy, Grandpa and Harrison had lot's of quality time...
Us girls...we are outnumbered now...
Michael sporting a mohawk in the bath...he's so cute!!!
Harrison is learning to drink from a cup. He was having a hard time figuring out how to tilt it up in order to get the liquid out...I was even considering giving him one with a straw or something to make it easier because he was getting so frustrated. Then, he figured out this manuver...he nearly backbends in the bumbo! It's hilarious!
What a handsome boy!
He is so mobile, he gets into everything. He even figured out how to get on top of a rack on the bottom of this piece of furniture...
The boys playing in Michael's tent...
Harrison likes to tackle Michael. You can tell by the look on Michael's face that he is not as fond of this game as Harrison is.
Last week we went to Dan Nicholas Park with Alison and the kids. It was so much fun. We even got to ride on the train.
(Notice Harrison's outfit? It is the same one worn by Michael at his 1st birthday party!)

The boys...aren't they cute!
Hmmm...ya' think?!?!
Checking out a fox...
Looking for the bears...
Playing chase with Daddy...
Harrison now has four teeth. Just like the bottom two, the top two came in within days of eachother. First was the top left, which came in on June 16. Next was the top right, which came in on June 20.
What a silly little grin! He didn't want to show off the teeth!
On June 15th we went to the Dr. for Harrison's 6 month check up. I cannot believe he is 6 months old! He was doing great and he was very brave for his vaccinations. Here are his 6 month stats:
Harrison teething on a corn cob...he really enjoyed this!
REAL FOOD?!?! The boy loves to eat!!!
Loves the water, just like the big bro!
Such a happy boy!
Cooling off in the pool...
Grinning like a ham!
Harrison really wants to chase after his brother!
Cathy had to go to the Dr. for her check up since she had a c-section. I was lucky enough to score the job of babysitting Riley for a few hours while she was gone. The boys loved him, and I just thought how cute these pictures will be in about 30 years when they are all grown and little buddies! Harrison wanted to touch him, but he is too rough. Michael would pet the back of his hand and say "touch, wiwey"...so cute!
I think Riley liked Michael, too!
Michael and Harrison enjoying a meal together.
Trying to figure out the cup...
Harrison loves the jumper. He loves to jump and kick his right leg out as he's coming down...he looks a bit like a Russian dancer when they kick their leg out!
Getting Africa...
Still trying to figure out the darn cup (this is before he figured out the backbend)!
Trying out a piece of a frozen banana...it's REALLY cold!!!
Poor Cathy...her feet and ankles have swollen like elephant-man! I remember how horrible that felt...not so long ago!
Awwww...i'nt he such a cutie!
Awww...
Harrison is pretty sure that he can walk. He tries all the time...crab-walking...
He's also pretty sure he can go wherever his big brother goes...
Michael eating hummus out of a chip with a spoon...he won't use a spoon any other time, but fill a chip with hummus and there he goes!

Weight: 17# 14oz (50th percentile)
Height: 28.5" (97th percentile)
Head: 48cm (97th percentile - that darn big head again!)
Once again, the Dr. is not concerned with his head and is less concerned even than he was with Michael (since there is the history of it occurring), but it is something we will keep an eye on over the next year or so, and may require additional testing in the future.
The boys looking out the window.
Me and my boys...
Here is Michael talking about the very interesting item we had for dinner the other night! So funny how they pronounce things!
Finally, the boys playing with me in the tent.
Love to all. Will try to update again soon!
